Basic Clean:

Our Basic Clean service provides you with an outstanding cleaning job at an affordable price.  Our dedicated cleaners are true professionals, and we make sure your home is transformed into a spotless place.  We will systematically review the space, and quickly develop a strategy to perform the job and waste no time in removing dirt, sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning the areas.  Every Basic Clean includes bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and selected bedroom(s).  We also bring all cleaning supplies & equipment for FREE.  All of our standard cleanings include dusting and washing of all reachable surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen appliances, cleaning of the bathrooms, vacuuming & mopping of all floors.  For more details, the Peak2Peak checklists are presented below.  

*Please note: Our Cleaners MAY take specific small area pictures for documentation before/after the clean for our own protection. Also, it is our policy to refuse a clean if there are mold issues, rodent activity or a bug infestation. We also have a strict policy of not leaving a cleaner alone with the opposite sex in the home, so please let us know if someone will be home while they clean. We will then arrange for 2 team members to be on site. THANK YOU for your cooperation in advance! 

Bathrooms

- Clean countertops

- Dust and wipe all reachable horizontal surfaces

- Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures

- Take out trash and recyclables

Bedrooms and Living/Dining Rooms

- Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces *Please note, we will not touch your paperwork, cash, wallets, devices or weapons. 

- Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures

- Vacuum and mop all floors

- Take out trash and recyclables 

Deep Cleaning:  Includes everything in our Basic Clean, as well as...

- Cleaning inside the closets

- Dishes

- Wipe door handles and light switches

- Spot-clean interior walls, trim, and doors

- Vacuuming and wiping baseboards

*We recommend our Deep Clean if you have not had your place professionally cleaned within the past three (3) months, or if you do not use a cleaning service on a regular basis.  We charge a little extra for this service, and you will find that an additional cost for deep cleaning is standard across the industry.

Move In/Move Out Cleaning:  Includes everything in our Basic Clean and Deep Clean, as well as...

As you are aware, the above services are time consuming and may require additional resources. But don't worry!  We offer affordable prices for these services so anyone can request them.

We also tailor cleanings to what you want to get cleaned and can work with ANY budget as long as our minimum gets paid. Just let us know which areas you'd like our cleaners to focus on, and we'll handle the rest!
